Shipping policy

Order Processing 

All orders are roasted weekly in small batches to ensure freshness. 

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours of roasting. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. 

Shipping rates & Delivery Times 

We currently ship within the United States and Internationally. 

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 - 5 business days after fulfillment.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ember Coffee is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

We will work quickly to resolve the issue. 

Freshness Commitment

Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on opened bags. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
