Do you accept returns? 

Because coffee is a consumable product, we do not accept returns on opened items. If there's an issue with your order, contact us and we'll make it right. 

How should I store my coffee? 

Keep in a cool, dry place away from light. Use within 3 - 4 weeks of opening for best flavor. 

What grind size should I choose? 

Espresso - Fine 

Filter - Medium 

French Press - Coarse

Whole Bean - For grinding fresh at home
